Purpose of data processing and the legal basis for processing – we process data in business situations described in our policy. Below is information about the purpose of data processing with a legal basis:
– for actions necessary before the conclusion of the contract, conducting negotiations, and providing services in accordance with the contract (Article 6 (1) (a) and (b) of GDPR)
– for the Administrator’s marketing purposes, maintaining business relationships (Article 6 paragraph 1 letter a) and b) of GDPR)
– to comply with the legal obligations incumbent on the Administrator arising from legal provisions (art.6 par.1 letter c) of GDPR)
– for possible claims related to the contract / service concluded with you (art.6 par.1 letter b) and f) of GDPR).
The specific purpose and basis for processing are provided in separate information addressed to data subjects. Providing personal data is voluntary – however, failure to do so will result in the conclusion and performance of the contract being impossible. Period for which the data will be stored – GRAS PPPH processes and will process your personal data for the duration of negotiations, performance of the contract or services rendered after its completion – until the expiry of the limitation period for claims from these ranges or the limitation period for tax obligations – depending on which of the periods will be longer. Data recipients – the categories of recipients to whom your personal data have been or will be disclosed by GRAS PPPH are: employees and associates of GRAS PPPH.

The data held by GRAS PPPH come directly from you or from authorized representatives. Your personal data will also be processed by GRAS PPPH for marketing purposes: own products and services. Data transfer – your personal data will not be transferred to recipients in third countries or to international organizations. The rights of the data subject – You have the right to access your personal data, the right to rectify, delete, limit processing, transfer data, raise objections or withdraw consent to their processing at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing, which was made on the basis of consent given before its withdrawal. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
